I ran into a small question about my order with minihouse8888 and ended up messaging their support. I wasn’t sure what to expect, so I just sent it off and figured I’d wait it out.

The first reply did take a bit longer than I hoped, and I remember checking back a couple times wondering if anyone had seen it. Once they did respond, though, they were friendly and actually explained what was going on in a way that made sense.

In the end, it wasn’t the fastest customer service experience ever, but it felt like they genuinely tried to help me. That counted for a lot, and I’d be fine ordering from them again.

I don’t remember every little detail about using it, but I definitely remember being disappointed. It felt flimsy right out of the box, and after about two days it broke. Maybe I expected too much for the price, but it just didn’t feel worth it to me

I’d say it’s a decent buy for around what you pay. The price felt low enough, and the quality was better than I was expecting, maybe not amazing but solid overall.
